OpenCRAVAT utilizes over 300 modules to interpret and annotate variant information. Converters read in data from a variety of input files — from industry standard VCFs and HGVS strings to personal genomics results from 23andMe or ancestry.com. Annotators connect these variants with world class scientific research, and reporters allow you to format the results to suit your needs. You can explore all of the modules on the publicly available OpenCRAVAT Store, even before registering! And, of course, if you know of a data source or data format that you would like to see OpenCRAVAT support, please request it on our GitHub.
